Bar Supervision

This programme provides students who are interested in developing a career in the bar sector with essential key skills and knowledge. Students can expect to work in both the Wine Geese Training Bar and the City of Galway Training Bar as part of their programme of study. In addition, students will study a number of business-related modules as this programme not only provides technical expertise, but also a solid business background for those wishing to pursue additional studies. Finally, students on this programme can expect to participate in a number of field visits to local and national properties which will support their college based learning activities.
